You could line up ten REALTORS® and you would no doubt find one that will list your home at lower commission and a higher price.  But this is not how you should choose your representative.  There are at least six very important reasons for choosing a particular REALTOR®:

4. REPUTATION - If your agent or the company they work for has a bad reputation, other agents will be hesitant to work with them, and therefore may not show your listing.

5.  COMMUNICATION - You deserve an agent who stays in touch and lets you know frequently what is going on with your property.  You need timely updates and status reports so that you know just where you stand in the sale of your home.

6.  COMPETENCE -  You can be assured that we take every measuire to make sure everything is done correctly.  All entries in the system are checked and double checked for accuracy.  All paperwork is reviewed several times to be certain that  it is completed correctly and nothing is left open for misinterpretation.  Once your property is under contract, we make sure the closing process runs smoothly by keeping up to date on the status of all the various issues that have to be addressed prior to closing.
